In-ground pool excavation

In-ground spa excavation
Spa niches dug with the main pool so depths and setbacks stay coordinated — fewer change orders once forms go up.
Rough and finish grading
Shape the pad for drainage and the next trade. Rough cuts first, finish grade when the lot is ready to hand off.
Site clearing, trash & brush removal
Clear vegetation and loose debris so machines can work and inspectors can see the grade — not a landscaping remodel.
Concrete removal
Break out existing slabs or flatwork in the dig footprint and haul the rubble so the new excavation can start clean.
Soil import and export
Bring in fill where the plan needs it, or haul excess soil and debris off-site with dump capacity matched to the dig.
